Many Realtors today are saying ” to get the most bang for your buck” upgrade your front door.

How does your home & yard look when someone drives up? Siding clean roofing in good condition, landscaping & other curb appeal improvements also rank high in getting your home sold faster.

That goes for the inside as well. Carpeting, flooring and paint should be fresh, cleaned or new. Most buyers don’t want to do any improvements. They want to move their belongs in and begin enjoying their new home.

…and remember that Web Appeal is the new curb appeal. The majority of buyers begin their search online.

According to Realtor.com, 9 out of 10 search online and spend up to 12 weeks looking before contacting a realtor to help them. So let’s make your home be the one that the next buyer who stops by says “WOW, this is the one I want to see!
